It's More Than Just Pork
We can do anything from Sausages to Swine! Up to 350 lbs. of selected meats.
Although we specialize in BBQ and grilled foods - we can provide most anything the customer may want. We like to say we can cook anything from sausages to swine - you name it and I can tell you if it is possible.
Of course the standards do apply :
- Beef - Brisket, Ribs, TriTip, Steaks, Fajita/Carne Asada Meats, Burgers, Kabobs, Prime Rib and Roasts.
- Pork - Whole Suckling Pig (up to 70 lbs), Ribs, Hams, Shoulder/Butt, Loins, and Chops.
- Seafood - Salmon, Trout, Catfish, Tuna, Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, and Oysters.
- Poultry - Chicken, Cornish Hens, Turkey (whole, breast, or legs), Quail, Duck, and Geese.
- Sausages - Hot, Mild (Hot Dogs), Brauts, Italian, and Kielbasas.
- Game - Elk, Venison, Rabbit, and Buffalo.
- Lamb and Goat.
With these we can provide a variety of appetizers and sides to your liking :
- Appetizers - Riblets, Chicken Wings, Sausage Bites, Cheeses, Dips, and more.
- Salads - Potato, Macaroni, Chinese Noodle, Green, and Cole Slaw.
- Potatoes/Starches - Baked, AuGrautin, or Scalloped Potatoes, Baked Beans, Rice, Stuffing/Dressing.
- Vegetables - Corn, Squash and Eggplant (in season), Green Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Mushrooms, and a variety of Cooked Greens.
- Vegetarian offerings - ask about them.
- Bread - Cornbread, Dinner Rolls, Garlic Loaves, Italian, or French Loaves, Tortillas (corn or flour).
And in the Dessert category why not try:
