To all of our friends, family, thousands of customers, and those of you who may never have had the opportunity to get to know the uniqueness of The Missing Rib BBQ but were coming to this site in hopes of beginning a treasured friendship - we give you our heartfelt thanks. Although short in years to some, only six years old, The Missing Rib BBQ brought joy and fufillment to many, and will be missed.
